Vorras.net is a self-served business directory that allows businesses to freely add their site without editorial review. Users can create categories and submit their site which appears in the directory within 24 hours. While there is no editorial review of the information submitted, some sites may be refused for a variety of reasons, and there is not guarantee of inclusion in our database.

A unique aspect of this directory is that it requires sites to place special XML tags on either their homepage or on a separate file called vorras.xml on their server. This ensures that the site is submitted by the owner of the domain and thus prevents malicious submissions that attempt to post defamatory information about competitors.

• Only home urls are accepted: eg. www.mydomain.com/. Subdirectories such as www.mydomain.com/path/to/site/ are not accepted. Furthermore, sites such as john.mydomain.com/ and jack.mydomain.com are considered equivalent.
• Each site can only be submitted in up to two categories.
• Each page shows a limited number of sites. Therefore if you wish not to be buried in series of "Next" pages it is recommended to create a new subcategory for your site.
• Sites appear on either random order or according to rankings and ratings by our members.
• Company rankings are derived from the following sources: member ratings and customer/vendor information. Note that a customer/vendor relationship between two companies is established only when both place such information in their customer/vendor XML tags.
